Here's a classic 'gaffe turned into opportunity' story I was reminded of yesterday. This was a Chevy representative talking about a truck at the World Series during the presentation ceremony. In front of millions of viewers, he became a bundle of nerves and explained how the new vehicle had 'technology and stuff'. This led to a severe backlash on Twitter.
