While, the technology to make a complete organ may be a few years away, the tissue can be used to speed up drug testing in the early-development phase, among other applications. In another story, scientist at IISc have devised a new way to etch nano-circuits on silicon chips at room temperature, which could potentially accelerate research efforts at the fundamental chip level.
